Every business has an operating system. Most are made of memory, spreadsheets, and luck. Azequel replaces them with software: diagnosed like a COO, built like an engineer, run like someone who’s held the seat. We don’t leave you a report. We leave you a running system.
Every order, every price, every exception — it still all routes through you. I’ve held that seat: a fuel distributor’s dispatch board, an SME’s six spreadsheets pretending to be one system. I diagnose the bottleneck like a COO and build the fix like an engineer, so the operation holds together without you holding it.

[ Agent capabilities ]
A transparent library of reusable AI-agent skills, with provenance status documented for every entry.

[ Agent operations ]
An operating layer for coordinating agents, workflows, memory, approvals, and observable execution.

[ Revenue operations ]
Practical automation patterns for qualifying leads, routing revenue work, and keeping human review in the loop.

[ Content operations ]
A research-to-distribution system that turns source material into structured, reviewable multi-channel content.

[ Growth strategy ]
A structured growth operating system spanning assessments, worksheets, experiments, and measurable outputs.

[ AI model operations ]
Model routing, tracing, evaluation, and cost benchmarking organized as one inspectable control plane.

[ Security intelligence ]
A decision-support system for threat mapping, evidence-led risk analysis, and prioritized defensive action.

[ Opportunity intelligence ]
A personal job-lead CRM for public-source scouting, deterministic fit scoring, pipeline triage, and tailored application drafts.
[ Method ]
Two weeks inside your operation. Process map, bottleneck diagnosis, and a prioritized roadmap, all before any code.
The system designed against your real workflow, staged with acceptance criteria per phase. You see what done means before it starts.
One meaningful system per month: dashboards, calculators, queues, ledgers. Running software, not recommendations.
Tested, secured, and documented to survive staff turnover. You own the code and the docs.
[ Offers ]
[ Start ]
A structured self-assessment: how much of your business runs on memory, spreadsheets, and chats, and the one system to build first. Interactive version coming to this site.
[ Diagnose ]
Embedded observation, process map, bottleneck diagnosis, and a prioritized build roadmap. The fee is credited toward the build if you continue within 60 days.
[ Partner ]
One bottleneck removed every month: a monthly operations review, one bounded automation or internal-tool improvement, and weekly async support. Smaller and more standalone than the Build retainer below.
[ Build ]
A part-time COO seat plus one meaningful system shipped every month. Capacity is honestly capped: one builder, a handful of operators.
[ Install ]
Your whole operation on one login (accounting, inventory, CRM, workflows), staged with acceptance criteria per phase. Pay per stage; walk away anytime with the code.
[ Keep ]
Hosting, monitoring, an iteration backlog, and a quarterly KPI review with the owner. Systems stay sharp after they ship.
[ About ]
I’m Dave Exequiel Suico; Azequel carries my name. I became an operator the hard way: four years running maritime operations, then the Managing Director’s seat at a fuel distribution company that reached eight figures. Not consulting about operations. Signing for them.
Every business I touched ran on memory and luck: cargo priced on hand-me-down spreadsheets, dispatch tracked in group chats, inventory living in someone’s head. I built Azequel in 2022 to fix that for others, 25+ operations audits in. The advice worked, but advice has a ceiling. Clients needed someone to build the system, not describe it.
So now I do both: diagnose like a COO, ship like an engineer. The systems on this page are the proof.
